The first event of the Cottage & Garden Tour kicks-off with a jazz concert and reception. The R.J. Marx Quartet features a world-class frontline of saxophone and guitar exploring some of the most challenging and rarely-performed compositions of the major jazz composers from the ’40s -’70s, as well as an array of traditional favorites.
This event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and take place at the Cannon Beach History Center & Museum (1387 South Spruce Street, Cannon Beach.) In addition to a wonderful food spread provided by the Speer-Miller family, we will also have a fun photo booth set up complete with props. Mustaches, glasses, and whacky hats. Join us for some fun and frivolity!
Tickets for this event are $15 and are available to purchase over the phone (503-436-9301), at the Museum, or through the online gift shop. This event will be included in weekend package purchases. Weekend package tickets are just $75 and include all events.
