Stormy Weather Arts Festival brings tons of fun to the History Center!
Posted on November 7th, 2010
Hi all! It’s Stormy Weather Arts Festival time again, and we’ve had a great weekend so far! The Vox Eclectique concert yesterday at 3 p.m. was amazing! We can’t stop dancing around the History Center! They were such a fun group that we invited them back for the Acoustic Folk! Music Series. Keep your fingers crossed that they’ll join us again.
The 8-piece choral ensemble Vox Eclectique wowed us at the concert yesterday!

Also, don’t miss the R.L. Rickards art show this week, ending at close on Sunday, November 14. Four original oil paintings depicting the Lewis and Clark expedition are on display, on loan from Primary Elements Gallery in Cannon Beach. See an example of one of 84 paintings Rickards created in commemoration of the Corps of Discovery below.

In other news, check out History Center Program Director Grace Saad in the upcoming fashion show at Primary Elements Gallery for Women Only Weekend. She’ll be sporting designer duds along with Board President Dale Shafer and several other active community members. It should be a blast!
