The highly anticipated Cottage & Garden Tour tour of homes will take place on Saturday, September 8 from noon until 5:00 p.m. Tickets and maps will be available tour day at the Cannon Beach History Center & Museum (1387 South Spruce Street, Cannon Beach.) Maps and tickets will be available at noon on tour day at the museum. We will be touring about ten vintage homes, beach dream homes, and well-tended gardens of mid-town Cannon Beach. We’ll even be touring one of the most iconic homes of Cannon Beach!
We are excited to include a little more music this year with local musicians Maggie Kitson and Richard Thomasian performing in the gardens of one of the home. Kitson and Thomasian are fabulous musicians who perform blues, rock, folk, and more! They have been the tour’s most popular performers, so we’re very happy to have them back! They will be playing music from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. This location will be indicated on the tour map.
Did you know that this is a fundraiser for the Cannon Beach History Center & Museum? Visit us during the tour between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. for wine tasting with The Cannon Beach Wine Shack and Puffin wine. Yum! Take a tour through the museum while you’re there, or just take a little break.
Tickets for home and garden tour are $35 and include the Saturday night jazz concert. Want to attend a couple events? We suggest purchasing a weekend package, this includes all the events (Friday night concert with the RJ Marx Quartet, Saturday luncheon and lecture with author Bill Sullivan, Saturday night 1920’s jazz concert, and even the garden tea with presenter Lucy Hardiman.)
