68 Years of Cannon Beach: A Celebration of History and Stories

March 6th is Cannon Beach History Day, a special day dedicated to honoring the rich history of our beloved coastal town! In 2003, the Cannon Beach City Council designated March 6 as Cannon Beach History Day in recognition of the city’s official charter, which was established on March 6, 1957—formally shaping Cannon Beach into the town we know today.

Join us at the Cannon Beach History Center & Museum on Thursday, March 6th, from 11 AM – 4 PM, as we celebrate 68 years of history, community, and coastal charm.
