Beth Willis rocked!

Posted on March 28th, 2010

Beth Willis’ performance was wonderful last night! For all of you who didn’t get a chance to make it out, check out this video clip on our new Facebook page. See you at the Low Tide Drifters performance on April 24!

Beth and her lead guitar player Todd did an excellent job keeping the audience captivated. There was a good turn out for the concert, with over 30 people on the edge of their seats to enjoy the Beth Willis Rock Duo’s sultry sounds. Beth performed a good mix of cover songs (like Jefferson Airplane, Simon and Garfunkel, and Janis Joplin) and original tunes (such as “Distance” and “Nothing”).

Beth’s voice is soothing, but raw at the same time. A combo of Joan Biaz, Fiona Apple, and Grace Slick, this performer knows how to grab the attention of her audience and hold it for the rest of the night. She had us all eating out of the palm of her hand. Great show!
